The Imperial Signet Ring is one of two signet rings, made for the Empress and Royal Protector. These rings serve as keys to the Safe Room within Dunwall Tower. Both Emily and Corvo are wearing this ring at the beginning of Dishonored 2, but it is taken from them after the coup by Captain Mortimer Ramsey.
This ring persists in the list of Mission Items in the Journal.
