Luca Abele is the Duke of Serkonos and the son of Theodanis Abele. He orchestrated the coup to overthrown Emily Kaldwin and install Delilah Copperspoon onto the throne and appears at the very beginning of the game. His arc is resolved in The Grand Palace. He can be eliminated non-lethally by conspiring with his body double to remove him from power and commit him to the Addermire Institute.
His character is voiced by Vincent D'Onofrio.
