The skiff
The Dreadful Whale is a ship captained by Meagan Foster. This vessel takes either Emily or Corvo from Dunwall to Karnaca and back. The attached skiff is used to get from the ship to shore and back.
Points of interest[]
- your cabin – This is where your souvenirs are kept, as well as your Travel Log
- Main Room – This is the room where most briefings take place.
- Meagan Foster's Cabin – This room is locked and inaccessible until late in the game.
- Sokolov's Cabin – This room is just beyond the workbench area and contains a tank full of bloodflies, some crossbow bolts and different books and notes at various points.
- Galley – This is the kitchen area
- Dr. Hypatia's Cabin – This room is where Alexandria Hypatia recovers after being cured (unless she is killed). When she first arrives, she has a crate with 6 Addermire Solution flasks.
- Bridge – This is the top-most deck of the ship. It houses the piloting equipment, with two small tables flanking the equipment, and a cot with a small bedside table
- Engine Room – This is the lowest deck on the ship
- Storage Room – This room is initially blocked from the inside and must be accessed from outside the vessel, via an open hatch.
