Someone took the ticket booth key off a drunk guardsman assigned to protect the carriage station. With the key, unlock the ticket booth and gain access to the money inside, if you can avoid the Grand Guard.
The Ticket Booth Key is a favor which must be purchased for 250 
or stolen from the Black Market shop in Lower Aventa District. It is the key to the Ticket Booth inside Aventa Station.

You can reach many of the items in the booth through the bars. Of the unreachable items, in the cash registers there is 15 coin total. In the safe there are 2 silver ingots (75 coin each), 2 coins of 5, 3 coins of 2, 5 coins (of 1). So the 250 coin favor only earns you 186 coin.
