Treavor Pendleton
Lord Treavor Pendleton is the younger brother of the Pendleton Twins, Morgan and Custis. He is part of the Loyalist Conspiracy, a faction who help break Corvo out of prison in order to install Emily Kaldwin, the rightful heir to the empire.
